Three Yummy Breakfast Smoothies

Three Smoothies Finish 1

Breakfast smoothies have become part of my staples. They’re quick and easy to make in a blender and don’t need a lot of ingredients. Plus, they’re deliciously yummy and satisfying.

So I thought I’d share three of the ones I do most, depending on what I feel like having in the morning.

The mocha and blueberry smoothie are easy peasy. Just throw all ingredients into a blender and go for about a minute.
For the matcha smoothie, you’d just need to whisk the matcha powder with the milk to properly dilute it before adding it to the blender.

Mocha Smoothie

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

I usually put 2 teaspoons of chia seeds in all my smoothies at the end topped with cacao nibs and bee pollen depending on the type of smoothie. Obviously, this is optional and they taste lush even without any additions.

Hi! I’d like to contribute by adding my kicking orange-colored breakfast smoothie! I’ve found it’s the best way for me to start the day, with a lot of vitamins to boost my immune system! Just add 1 ripe banana, 1 carrot, 1/2 apple to your blender, a bit of fresh ginger (depends how spicy you like it!), pour in the juice of 3-4 oranges (depending on their size) and I usually add a variety of additional – and optional – ingredients: 1tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp flax seeds, 2 tsps goji berries, a pinch of chili powder (I like it spicy!), and a pinch of ginger powder if I don’t have it fresh! You can also add 2-3 ice cubes for more freshness! It’s my breakfast since nearly 2 years now, and I love it!

AND…I forgot to say it, even though you already know it: I love your smoothies! (she says, sipping at the mocha one she just made)
